Getting a Refund for Your PhoneBox Monthly Plan


Only Monthly Plan users are eligible to receive a refund for unused service days after plan termination.

Refund Amount


A refund will be issued for the unused portion of your paid service term, calculated based on the number of unused days.

Any additional charges, such as data overage or long-distance calls, will be deducted from the refund amount. 


Note

If you cancel within 7 days of activation, you will receive a full refund for all unused days.

If you cancel within 30 days of activation, you will receive a prorated fee refund following the first month loyalty policy.



Refund Process


You will receive a Termination & Refund Confirmation email within 1–2 business days after your termination date. Please make sure to click “Submit Confirmation” in the email to proceed with the refund.


The refund for the unused portion of your service fee will be processed to your last payment method at the end of the month following your termination date.
