Eligibility Requirements: Eligibility might vary depends on your home address. To determine available details at your address and complete the sign-up process:
Sign-Up Process: West Region (British Columbia, Alberta)
- Address Verification: Verify your address to check eligibility and available services
- Complete Details: Enter your personal and contact information as prompted. Once you've filled in all required fields, proceed to the checkout page and submit your application.
Note: After your submission, our team will review your address for service eligibility. You will receive a confirmation call within 24 hours to finalize your order.
- Installation: TELUS professional technicians will deliver and install all necessary equipment at your home free of charge. Please note that the installation method may vary depending on your specific address or plan.
- Payment : All payments will be processed directly through TELUS after your internet service has been successfully activated.
Sign-Up Process: East Region (Ontario, Quebec, Atlantic Provinces)
- Address Verification: Verify your address to check eligibility and available services
- Complete Details: Enter your personal and contact information as prompted. Once you've filled in all required fields, proceed to the checkout page and submit your application.

- Payment : All payments will be processed directly through Koodo.
Note: A payment is required before installation. Our team will guide you through the payment process over the phone after your application has been submitted.
Activation: Internet services in the East region are self-installation only. Once your equipment is shipped by Koodo, you will be responsible for setting it up on your designated activation date. After setup, your internet service will be ready to use.
