How to make a payment via Online Banking?


Via Online Banking Payment (via a web browser):


In order to make a payment Online Banking to your PhoneBox account, it online available with Canadian Bank to process the payment.
From the Banking Overview tab, click Make a Payment or Bill Payment.
PhoneBox Payees Name is ( PhoneBox ) and your PhoneBox Account number can be found on the billing invoice.


Here is a sample that you follow step by step on below:


1. Login to your Canadian bank account, then click on bill payment.



2. Click Add Payees.



3. Enter Company name as PhoneBox.



  1. Set up your prefer nickname for the Payee and enter the Customer ID.



Please keep that in mind that all transaction from the bank to others carrier or company will take at least 1 to 3 business days, it depends on your bank the processing time.
