Phone Bill Online Banking Payment Guide


You can pay your PhoneBox bill through online banking with most Canadian banks.

When setting up the payment in your bank’s bill payment system, please enter the following information:


  • Payee Name: PhoneBox
  • Account / Customer Number: Your PhoneBox account number

(This can be found on your monthly invoice or in your activation email.)




[Important Note] Online banking payments usually take 1–3 business days to be processed by your bank. Please allow sufficient time to avoid late payments.
