How do I reactivate my suspended service?

This option is only available for Monthly Plans.
You can reactivate your service by contacting our customer service team. A reactivation fee of $20 + tax will apply.
Payment Timeline and Consequences:
- Any payment made after the due date each month 25th will incur a 5% interest fee, which will appear on your next invoice
- If payment is not received, your account will be suspended on the 1st of the following month
- Your account will be Fully terminated on the 10th of the same month, the number might no longer be used.
For Suspended Accounts: If your service is suspended due to an unpaid bill, contact us to check if restoration is possible. A reactivation fee of $20 + tax will apply.
