How to reactivate my SIM card ?


How to reactivate my services from being suspended?


This function is only valid for a Monthly Plan.


You can reactivate your SIM card through our customers service channel . The reactivation fee will be applied $20+tax.


  • Any payment made later than the due date will incur a 5% interest fee, which will appear on the next invoice.
  • If we do not receive payment, we need to Suspend the account on the 1st of the following month.
  • Terminate the account on the 10th of the same month.


  • If your service is suspended due to an unpaid bill, you can contact us to check if restoration is possible.
  • Please note that a reactivation fee of $20 + tax will apply.
