How to remove a line on your online account under the Multi-lining option?
Requirements
You must have an account with PhoneBox in order to enable the function of a Multi-lining account. You are able to add an existing or newly signed up account at PhoneBox. Adding and removing an account from a multi-lining account can be done by simply logging into your account.
How to remove a line from your Self-Serve account:
- Go to My Account
- Sign-in or create an account if you don’t have one yet
- Tap on your profile icon in the navigation bar
- Select “Remove account”
- Insert the phone number of the line you’d like to give up responsibility for and accept terms and conditions.
- PhoneBox will send a verification code to the number you entered
- Enter the SMS 6-digit verification code and you’re done!
