eSIM Reissue & Fee


You can request an eSIM reissue through the PhoneBox Customer Support team if you require a new eSIM.


The eSIM reissue fee is $10 + tax

  • For monthly plan users:  The reissue fee will be added to your next invoice.
  • For prepaid plan users: The reissue fee must be paid via a one-time payment link, which will be sent to you by email.


Please make sure your device supports eSIM before requesting a reissue.

[Note] Once a new eSIM is issued, your previous SIM or eSIM will be deactivated. Deactivated SIMs/eSIMs cannot be reused.
