How to Restore Service for Monthly Plans Suspended Due to Unpaid Bill


You receive your monthly plan invoice on the 15th of each month. If payment is not completed by the 1st of the following month, your account will be suspended.


If your service is suspended due to an unpaid bill, you can restore your service by contacting the PhoneBox Customer Support team.

How to Contact to PhoneBox Customer Support team


Reactivation Fee


Starting from the 2nd day of the following month, a service restoration fee of $20 + tax will be added to your next invoice when your service is restored.


If payment is not received by the 10th of the same month, your account will be fully terminated, and your phone number may no longer be available.
