How to Set Up or Change Your Bank Account for Auto Payment
You can register or update your plan for auto payment on our self-serve website or mobile app. This option is available for both Monthly and Prepaid plans.
Setting up auto-extension is strongly recommended to prevent service interruption or account termination when your plan expires.

Important Notes
- Payments made via bank account may take up to 5 business days to be fully processed.
If you prefer faster payment processing, we recommend using a credit card.
- For payment stability, bank account changes are not allowed between the 13th and 24th of each month. Please make changes outside of this period.
- If there are insufficient funds in your bank account or incorrect banking information is provided, additional fees may appear on your next invoice. These fees are charged by the bank and are not set by PhoneBox.
Step-By-Step Guide to Register your Credit Card
To register a bank account for auto payment, you will need a void cheque from the account you wish to use.

If you haven't downloaded the PhoneBox app yet, install it here:

If you don’t have an account, please create one first. You can easily sign up using your email address.
- On the Home page, tap [Auto Payment]

- Register your bank
- If no bank is registered: select “Add payment method.”

- If a bank is already registered: select “Change bank”

- Enter your account information and select “Add Bank”
