How to Set Up Your Mobile Voicemail?

Your voicemail is ready to start accepting messages as soon as it’s activated on your account. Until you complete the setup, callers will hear the default system greeting. Just follow these two simple steps to personalize your voicemail!

Step 1: Access Your Voicemail

Option 1: Press and hold the 1 key on your mobile device to dial your voicemail access number.

Option 2: Call your own 10-digit mobile phone number from your mobile phone; this will also connect you to your voicemail.

Step 2: Set Up Your Voicemail

First Time Setting Your Voicemail: it will require you to provide the temporary password, The temporary password is usually under your 10-digit mobile phone number or last 4-digits numbers.

Create a Password: Follow the prompts to set up a password between 4 and 15 digits. Choose a password that is secure and not easily guessable—avoid simple patterns like 1111 or 1234.

Record Your Name and Personal Greeting: Follow the instructions to record your name and a personal greeting.

Note: Recording your name and personal greeting is optional. If you skip this step, callers will hear the default system greeting.

Choose Password Bypass Option: You will be asked if you want to bypass the password when calling from your own phone. For better security, it’s recommended to avoid this option. To keep the password requirement, press * when prompted.

Finish Setup: Once you’ve completed the setup, you can hang up or press * to end the call.
