How to Set up Your Voicemail
Setting Up Your PhoneBox Voicemail
Follow the two simple steps below to personalize your voicemail. Until you complete the setup, callers will hear a default system greeting.
Access Your Voicemail
- Press and hold 1 on your mobile device to dial your voicemail access number.
- OR call your own 10-digit mobile phone number from your device; this will also connect you to voicemail.
Set Up Your Voicemail for the First Time
- When prompted, enter a 4–15 digit password.
Choose a secure password that others cannot guess. Avoid patterns such as 1111 or 1234.
- Choose whether you want to bypass the password when calling from your own phone.
- Record your Name and Personal Greeting.
- When finished, you may hang up or press * to end the call.
How to Change or Reset Your Voicemail Password
If you forget your voicemail password, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.
Note
- Your voicemail messages will be kept for 10 days long and then automatically deleted
- Voicemail can store up to 35 minutes of messages in total. If your mailbox is already full, you won’t be able to receive any new voicemail messages.
