How to Sign-Up to use Self-Serve?
We always encourage our clients to sign up for a self-serve account, as there are several benefits and service options available by simply logging in.
How to Sign up
Once your services have been activated, you can sign up for a self-serve account on our website by following these steps:
- Click here and and select “USA Account.”
- Choose the Sign Up option.
- Enter your first name, last name, the email address used to place your order, and create a password.
- After completing the form, you will receive an email from PhoneBox titled “PhoneBox Account Activation.”
- Open the email and click the “Activate Your Account” button to finalize your account setup.
Note: You cannot create a self-serve account until your services have been activated.
