We always encourage our clients to sign up for a self-serve account, as there are several benefits and service options available by simply logging in.
How to Sign up
Once the services have been activated clients will be able to sign up for a self-serve account on our website. To sign up, please follow this link.
Enter the 10-digit phone number and registered email. You will also be required to create a password. Please note that when entering the Phone Number, simply type 10 digits without any spaces or dashes.
After the sign-up process is completed, a verification code will be sent to the registered email. You will have 60 seconds to enter the verification code. If this is not entered within 60 seconds, you will have to resend a new code.
Please note that you will not have access to create a self-serve account until the services have been activated!
