In case your SIM or device is lost or stolen, you can suspend your service through your PhoneBox account. Suspending the line protects your number from unauthorized use.
Please kindly note that suspending your line due to a lost or stolen device is a security measure only. Monthly service fees will continue to be charged while the line is suspended.

When you want to restart your service please contact our Customer Support team.

If you don’t have an account, please create one first. You can easily sign up using your email address.
- Select Settings from the menu.

- Click SIM Lost/Stolen Hold

- Tap Suspend the line

- Tap Suspend the line again to confirm
