How to Switch Phone Carriers and Transfer Your Number
You can keep your current phone number when switching to another carrier by requesting a port-out.
How to Request a Port-out
To transfer your phone number to a new provider, you will need your PhoneBox account number.
Please contact the PhoneBox Customer Support team before starting the transfer with your new carrier to request your account number.
How to contact to PhoneBox Customer Support Team
Once we receive your port-out request, we will prepare your account number and provide it to you within 1 day.
After receiving your account number, you may proceed with your new carrier and ask them to complete the number transfer.
After Your Port-out Is Completed
Once your phone number has been successfully transferred to your new carrier, please make sure to terminate your PhoneBox service through the Self-Serve system.
