How to Request Switch Your Plan from Prepaid to Monthly 


PhoneBox prepaid customers can switch to a monthly plan while keeping the same phone number.

There is no plan change fee for switching from prepaid to monthly.


Please contact Customer Service before your prepaid term ending date to request the change.

To explore available plan options, you may visit the PhoneBox website and select "Plans"


Effective Start Date


Your monthly plan will begin immediately after your current prepaid term ends. Because prepaid plans are based on 30-day terms, the exact start date of your monthly plan depends on when your prepaid term expires.


To switch your plan to a monthly plan, payment is required at the time of request.

  • A prorated charge for the remaining days of the current billing cycle
  • The full monthly service fee for the next billing cycle


This payment ensures your monthly service starts automatically once your prepaid term ends, with no interruption.
