PhoneBox prepaid customers can switch to a monthly plan while keeping the same phone number and there is no additional charge.
To change your plan from a monthly plan to a prepaid plan, please contact PhoneBox Customer Service.
How to Contact to the PhoneBox Customer Support team
When changing plans, you may select your preferred effective start date. If the change happens in the middle of the billing cycle (from the 2nd to the 1st of the following month), the unused days of your monthly plan will be credited to your account.
However, keeping your monthly plan offers more benefits:
- No ending date; better deal if you plan to keep your line for more than two months.
- No data block when you reach your limit—you can continue using data for an extra fee per GB.
- You may suspend your plan during long vacations, and you won’t be charged during the suspension period.
- If you cancel your service, you will receive a refund for any unused days.
