How to Top Up Data on Your Prepaid Plan
If you need more data, you can add it through your online account, via text message, or by contacting the PhoneBox Customer Support team anytime.
Step-by-Step Guide to top up your data
1. PhoneBox self-serve

If you haven't downloaded the PhoneBox app yet, install it here:

Go to the PhoneBox website: https://myaccount.gophonebox.com
If you don’t have an account, please create one first. You can easily sign up using your email address.
- Tap “Add-ons”

- Select “Data Add-on” and choose your preferred option

- Tap “Select this add-on” and complete the payment process

2. SMS
Once you reach your data limit, your data will be blocked and you will receive a text message from PhoneBox automatically.
If your account has auto-payment registered, you can top up your data directly through the SMS link. Follow the instructions in the message, and once the payment is processed, your data will be restored.
3. PhoneBox Customer Support team
If you prefer assistance, please contact the PhoneBox Customer Support team to add data to your account.
