How to Transfer Your Landline Number to PhoneBox
Yes, you are able to port in your landline phone number to Phonebox account. We are sorry to say that PhoneBox does not offer a Home Phone Plan. However, since it includes all of Canada, you can sign up for a PhoneBox mobile plan and use it primarily for calls.
If your PhoneBox service is already active, please contact PhoneBox Customer Support to request a port-in.

Port-in Process
The process of porting an Landline number can take more than 5 to 10 business days and depends the old carrier release the phone number transfer to PhoneBox as a regular number.
1. Submit a Port-In Request at Checkout
- Select “Yes, I want to port in my number” under “Do you want to port in your number?”

- Fill out required information

To submit your request, you will need the following information:
- Previous carrier
- Phone number to be ported
- Account number : Found on your previous carrier’s bill or by contacting them directly
- IMEI number : Dial *#06# on your device or check in phone settings
- Postal code
- Send this information below to PhoneBox Customer Support Team
- Billing Name (First and Last name)
- Billing Home Address
- Contracts with the current carrier need to be expired.
- Email address & Phone number to be ported
