How will I know my phone number?

Requirements:

You will have to complete the online activation in order for us to activate your SIM card and assign you a phone number.

On the activation date, PhoneBox will send the phone number to the email you registered during the online activation. If you would like to have your phone number earlier, you will have to request for changes on your service starting date for your phone number to be issued.

Case example:

Mr. John signed up a new account with a PhoneBox prepaid plan. The activation date is set for April 3rd. How will he know his phone number?

Solution: Mr. John will receive his new phone number by the email address he registered with. The email will be sent on the same day as his SIM card activation.
