I can't find the US plan on the website, what should I do?



Requirements:


  • US plans are prepaid only


We also have US plans for you! Please note US plans are prepaid only, which means customers will need to extend the service every 30 days to avoid the auto-termination.


When you go to the plans page, please select the region, changing it from “Canada” to “USA”. Then you can choose the plan that better fits your needs. Once customers request an activation, the Customer Support team will place your shipping order and check your desired address. Your SIM card will be sent out by the following day. Please kindly note the Shipping department is off on weekends.


What if I still have not received my SIM card after 1 week in Canada/1 month overseas?


We are sorry to inform you that sometimes packages can be lost during the transit or can get returned due to the invalid address.


If you still haven’t got your SIM card after a week if you are in Canada or a month if you are currently overseas, please contact us at services@gophonebox.com immediately with your accurate address. We will confirm the information once again and arrange the shipping to send a new SIM card to you!


Please note if you will come to Canada within a month, we recommend that you provide us your Canadian address to avoid this issue again.


Case Example:


Blair is traveling to New York for her business for a few months and she would like to have a US SIM card. But she couldn’t find US plans on the website. She then contacted our Customer Support through Live Chat.


An agent in Customer Support informed her that “US plans are prepaid only, and they will be available on the plans page after selecting USA instead of Canada.


Blair did the request and received an US SIM card a week after. She got her number on her activation date.
