I can't make outgoing calls (USA service)
I can't make outgoing calls
You should first check whether the service is available for you when you are trying to make outgoing calls. Once you see there’s a service available on your device, you must check if the phone number you are calling out is a number from a country available for international calling with PhoneBox prepaid plans. To check the list of 25 countries, please go to our support > Select "USA" flag > Service > International calling.
Like the no-service problem, the inability to make outgoing calls can be caused due to an issue with the signal, device, or SIM card lock. Please proceed with troubleshooting by checking our support sections.
Our customer service is always available to help you solve any troubleshooting related to callings, text messaging, or signal or network services issues.
Case example:
Mr. Jay could not make outgoing calls, even though he confirmed he was calling a US number. What Jay didn’t realize is that there was no service at all on his device. Jay has gone through the troubleshooting to bring back his service, then he was able to make outgoing calls as usual from then on.
