I forgot to extend my prepaid plan before term ending date. How can I make a payment?
Payments can be made online or in our stores. To pay online, login into your account in our website or app.
- Go to HOME or BILLING found on the top menu bar.
- Click the PAY icon to pay your outstanding balances.
- Select the mode of payment that you prefer.
- Follow the instructions that will appear on the screen.
PhoneBox accepts several modes of payment for your convenience:
- Credit card (including Visa & MasterCard)
- Visa debit card
- PayPal
Case Example:
Ivan has a prepaid plan ending on Apr 25th. He forgot to extend the service until Apr 27th when he needed to call his friend and realized that he couldn't make a phone call.
He tried to log in his online self-serve account but it kept showing error. He then contacted us on LiveChat. An agent from Customer Support mentioned that his account has been terminated on Apr 25th.
Unfortunately, he will not able to retrieve the number.
If he would like to use the service, we will send a new SIM card after his activation request on the website. It will take 4-7 business days for him to receive the SIM card. He also have the option of purchasing an empty SIM card at one Rogers store and inform PhoneBox the SIM card number before requesting the activation.
