If I request a plan change, when will the new plan begin?
Once you request a new plan, as the current term is unable to be modified, your plan change will take effect from the beginning of the following 30-day term. You will have the option to 'Top-Up' if you would like to add more data within the current term ($10 / 1GB).
Case example:
Mr. John has requested to update his plan, as he would like to access more data on the account. His current term will end on Sept 26th. If the account is extended, the new plan will be effective from the beginning of the new term on Sept 27th.
