Is it possible to purchase a SIM card outside of the USA?

Yes, you can purchase a PhoneBox SIM card outside of the USA. To do it, you must sign up for PhoneBox USA plans. Please visit our website and while activating your new PhoneBox account you will be able to view and choose from our current available plans.

PhoneBox provides two shipping options: Regular shipping to all destinations with no fee and Express shipping with the following cost:

• Express shipping to Canada: $15

• Express shipping to the US: $20

• Express shipping to other countries: $30

Request accordingly to your activation date.

Once the request has been completed, we will ship out your new PhoneBox SIM card! This card will be pre-registered and ready to use on your selected activation date! You will receive an email with your new phone number on the activation date!

Case example:

Luisa was in Brazil in January; She will be in the USA in March. She browsed through the PhoneBox website and found an affordable plan. But she was not sure if she could receive the SIM card in Brazil.

She talked to an agent from Customer Support on WhatsApp and the agent confirmed that she could request international shipping on the activation page and it would be delivered in 30 days via regular shipping.

Luisa made an activation on Mar 2nd and she received her SIM card in February. She was able to start using her mobile services from the moment she arrived at the airport.
