Is there a deadline for plan change requests?


Do you want to change your plan? You can make plan change requests at any time through our self-serve. Please note: the plan change will always take effect from the beginning of the next 30-day term.


Please ensure that you request the plan change before extending the service for another 30 days. We are unable to modify the current term. However, you will have the option to 'Top-up' if you would like to add more data within the current term ($10 / 1GB).


Case example:


Mr. John would like to update his plan; his current term is ending on Sept 26th. As long as the plan change request has been submitted before extending his service, the new plan will be available from Sept 27th onward.
