Mobile APN Setting


Here is how to program your Access Point Name (APN) settings on a wireless device for functionality.


For Android Device Setting:



For iPhone product. APN settings are not allowed to modify manually. Please follow the steps below to refresh and configure a correct APN settings


Please remove any profile of previous network service provider on the phone

  • Setting -> general -> VPN and device management -> delete any profile found here.


Then Reset network settings


  • Setting -> general -> transfer -> reset device -> reset -> reset internet settings
    *This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that being used before.


If the mobile data is still not working properly. Please follow these instructions.


  1. Go to setting -<>Cellular data -> Make sure Cellular data is on
  2. Go to setting -> cellular data -> Make sure apps listed under cellular data are on
  3. Go to settings -> cellular data -> Cellular Data options -> Make sure Voice & Data are under the status Auto/ 5G /LTE and low data mode is off.
  4. Restart the device once again.
  5. Feel free to insert the simcard to another device for testing.
