- Self-Installation
If you like to handle things yourself, Telus provides easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions to set up the equipment.
Note: In some cases, Professional installation is only available.

Notification :
You’ll receive an email notification from TELUS about your installation schedule, including when a technician will visit if you choose the professional installation option.
Koodo Home Internet Setup
Koodo offers a simple self-installation option for home internet.
- Self-installation
You’ll receive clear, step-by-step instructions to guide you through the installation process. It’s quick, easy, and perfect for those who prefer to set up their own internet connection.
Notification :
Koodo will notify you of your activation date via email and provide additional setup details if necessary.
