International calling availability and rates vary depending on your network line.

You can check your current line type directly on your phone — the carrier name (TELUS, PhoneBox, or Rogers) is displayed at the top of your screen.

How to Dial International Number

TELUS Network (Displayed as “TELUS”)

1,000 minutes of international calling to 30 countries
Once the 1,000 minutes are exceeded, additional charges will apply
Rates vary depending on the destination country

Eligible countries:

Australia, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Colombia, France, Germany, Ghana, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Morocco, Mexico, Nepal, Nigeria, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Pakistan, Spain, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam

PhoneBox Network (Displayed as “PhoneBox”)

1,000 minutes of international calling to 34 countries
After the 1,000 minutes are fully used, additional charges may apply
Rates vary depending on the destination country

Eligible countries:

Argentina, Australia, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, France, Germany, Ghana, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Nepal, Netherlands, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam

Rogers Network (Displayed as “Rogers”)

If your phone shows Rogers, international calling is available but not included for free in your plan

Calls to the United States are available at $0.45 per minute
Rates vary depending on the destination country

There is no usage meter showing how many international minutes you have used. Customers are responsible for monitoring their own usage
