Visit a PhoneBox SIM Store in Canada for In-Person Activation

If you are in Canada and prefer to receive a SIM card and activate a new plan in person, you may visit one of our official PhoneBox store locations.

Our staff will assist you with on-site activation.

PhoneBox Store & Operation hours

PhoneBox Vancouver Store

Address: 658 Seymour St, Vancouver, BC

Operating hours: 

• Weekdays : 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM (PST)
• Weekends : 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM (PST)
• Store close on December 25th and January 1st

PhoneBox Toronto Store

Address: 1240 Bay Street, Suite 305, Toronto, ON

Operation hours : 

• Weekdays : 9:30 AM to 06:00 PM (EST)
• Store close during the weekend and all Ontario Stat holidays

Walk-in Activation 

You may visit our store during operating hours without an appointment. Our staff will assist you with SIM activation on site.

Note

To activate a new PhoneBox plan in store, please prepare:

• Two pieces of valid ID
• A payment card under the same name as your ID
