Register for an auto payment


By learning how to set up auto payment on your PhoneBox account, you will never have to worry about paying your bill on time.


The payment methods you can register differ depending on whether you have postpaid or prepaid plans. Please make sure to review the regulations below.


Postpaid: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or JCB) and PAD* (Pre-Authorized Debit) are available. *Accepted all Canadian banks: TD, Scotiabank, BMO, RBC, CIBC and others. 


Prepaid: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or JCB) are available. *Accepted all Canadian debit cards: TD, Scotiabank, BMO, RBC, CIBC and others.

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Open the Home page and select Auto Payment

Credit Card:


  1. Select Add Payment Method


  1. Enter your credit card information, including the credit card security code (the 3-digit code on the back of your credit card)


  1. Select Add Card


PAD (Postpaid Only):


  1. Select Add New Bank Account (This function is only available for postpaid plans)


  1. Enter your bank account information and upload the document from the bank


  1. Select Add Bank

*Accepted banks: TD, Scotiabank, BMO, RBC, CIBC


Important: When payment is declined due to insufficient funds in the applicant's checking account, the applicant will be charged $25.00 plus applicable tax for overdraft fees from PhoneBox. Please note that the applicant's bank may also charge an overdraft fee.


APP:


  1. Open the PhoneBox app on your device and sign in
  2. On the Home page
  3. Select Auto Payment

  1. Enter your credit card information including the cardholder name, card number, expiry date, and CVV (credit card security code)
  2. Select Add Card


Please note: Only credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and Amex are eligible for the auto payment feature.


Important: If you do not have access to your credit card, please proceed with a manual monthly payment or extension.

Your credit card information will be displayed once you have successfully set it up.
