Register for an auto payment


By learning how to set up auto payment on your PhoneBox account you will never have to worry about paying your bill on time.


The payment methods you can register differ depending on Postpaid or Prepaid. Please make sure that the below regulation.


Postpaid:

The credit card(Visa, Master, Amex or JCB) and PAD* (Pre-Authorized Deposit) are available.

  • Accepted banks - TD, SCOTIABANK, BMO, RBC or CIBC


Prepaid:

The credit card(Visa, Master, Amex or JCB) is only available.

Sign in to your account. Open the Profile page and select [ ADD AN AUTO PAYMENT METHOD HERE ].




Credit card


Select [ ADD YOUR CREDIT CARD ].



Enter your credit card information including the credit card security code. This is the 3-digit code on the back of your credit card. Select [ Save ].



PAD (Only Postpaid)


Select [ ADD YOUR BANK ACCOUNT ]. This function is only valid for Postpaid.



Enter your bank account information and upload the document from the bank. Also, check the Terms & Conditions and the agreement. Select [ Save ].


  • Accepted banks - TD, SCOTIABANK, BMO, RBC, CIBC


*When the payment is declined due to insufficient funds in the applicant’s checking account, the applicant will be charged $25.00 plus applicable tax for overdraft fees from PhoneBox. Please note that the applicant’s bank may charge an “overdraft fee”.



APP


Open PhoneBox App on your device and Sign In.


Then, navigate to the Profile page and scroll down to the bottom.



Next, select [ Add New Card ].



Enter your credit card information including the cardholder name, card number, expiry date, and CVV (credit card security code). Then, select [ Save Card ].


Please note that only Credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, JCB and Amex are eligible for an auto payment feature.



*If you are not having access to your Credit card, please proceed with a manual monthly payment or extension.


Your credit card information will be displayed once you have successfully set it up.
