Register for an Online Account

Registering for a PhoneBox account is easy. Once your profile is created, you can manage your services online or through our app.

You can register by following the steps below.

Important Note: If you have a temporary phone number during a port-in process, please wait until the port-in is completed. You cannot use a temporary phone number to register for an online account.

Website Registration:

1. Visit the PhoneBox website and select "My Account"

2. Select "SIGN UP"

3. Enter the required information: First name, Last name, and Email

4. Create a password that meets the following requirements:

• • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character
  • At least one capital letter

If your email and password are valid, your account page will open automatically.

Note: Please use the same email address used for your purchase so that the online account will be connected to your phone number.

App Registration:

1. Visit the App Store or Google Play Store on your device
2. Search for "PhoneBox Canada" and select the PhoneBox Canada app

3. Open the PhoneBox Canada app on your device
4. Select the country you purchased the plan for

5. On the login screen, select "Sign Up"

6. Enter your First name, Last name, and Email, then create a password

7. Select "Create Account"
8. Ensure your password meets the same requirements:

• • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character
  • At least one capital letter

If your email and password are valid, your account page will open automatically.

Note: Please use the same email address used for your purchase so that the online account will be connected to your phone number.
