Register for an Online Account

Registering for a PhoneBox account is easy. Once your profile is created, you can manage your services online or through our App.

You can register by following the steps below.

*If you have a temporary phone number in the middle of the port in, please wait until the port in is completed. You cannot use the temporary phone number to register for an online account.

Website

Visit the PhoneBox website and select [ Sign Up ].

Enter your phone number and create a username and password. After that, select [ SIGN UP ].

*Username must be 3 to 12 characters long. And if a username you entered was already used by another customer, you can’t use the same username.

*Password must be at least 8 characters.

If your phone number, username and password that you have created are valid, your account page would be opened automatically.

APP

Visit the App store or Google Play store on your device, search for [ PhoneBox ] and select PhoneBox App.

Open PhoneBox App on your device. On the login screen, select [ Sign Up ].

Next, enter your phone number and create a username and password. After that, select [ Sign Up ].

*Username must be 3 to 12 characters long. And if a username you entered was already used by another customer, you can’t use the same username.

*Password must be at least 8 characters.

If your phone number, username and password that you have created are valid, your account would be created successfully.
