Updating your payment method for TELUS Internet is simple, and you can do it directly through the My TELUS app. Here’s how:

- Log in to My TELUS via the app. If you don’t have an account, you can easily register.
- If you have multiple accounts, select the one for which you'd like to set up pre-authorized payments.
- Click Set Up Pre-Authorized Payments.
- Complete the form and submit it to update your payment details.

Notes: You can set up pre-authorized payments with a checking account, Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit, or credit card. TELUS will inform you that the payment due date is billed. If you set up pre-authorized payments on your bill’s due date, make a one-time payment to avoid late fees. There are no extra fees for paying with a credit card.
Koodo internet
To ensure your payment method is always up to date, Koodo makes it simple to update your billing information through Self-Serve. Here's how:
Steps to Update Payment Method
- Log in to your Self-Serve account at Koodo’s website.
- Click Manage Internet and Subscriptions.
- Under the Manage Your Payment Info section, select Update Your Credit Card.
- Enter your new credit card details and save the changes.
Notes: Koodo only accepts pre-authorized payments, meaning one-time payments are not possible. Your account will be automatically charged on your billing date. The payment date for the first month is billed at the date you activated your internet. Any outstanding charges will be billed to your credit card within 1-2 business days. Online banking payments are not available for Koodo Internet services.
