Understanding Data overage fee on Your Invoice

What Is Data Overage Fee?


Monthly plan users may incur a data overage fee when their usage exceeds their plan allowance during the previous billing cycle.


Overage is charged at $15 per 1GB, rounded up to the next full gigabyte.

Example

  • Invoice issued: February 15
  • Service fee period: March 2 – April 1
  • Data overage fee applied for: January 2 – February 1


If you’re on a $35/month plan with 75GB of data and you used 76.5GB between January 2 and February 1, an data overage charge of $30 + tax will appear on your February invoice.
