Understanding the PhoneBox Billing Cycle for Monthly and Prepaid Plans
PhoneBox Billing Cycle for Monthly and Prepaid Plans
PhoneBox offers two types of plans: Monthly and Prepaid. Each plan follows a different billing cycle, so please review the details below carefully.
Monthly Plan (Postpaid)
The Monthly Plan (postpaid) follows a fixed billing cycle that starts on the 2nd of each month and ends on the 1st of the following month.
- 15th of each month : Invoice issued
- 25th of each month : Payment due date
Monthly plan payments are advance payments, meaning the amount you pay applies to the upcoming billing cycle, not the previous one.
Important Note
- Payments made after the 25th will incur a 2.75% interest fee, which will appear on your next invoice.
- If payment is not received by the 1st of the following month, your service will be suspended.
- If payment is not received by the 2nd of the following month, $20+tax reactivation fee will be applied when restoring your plan.
- If payment is not received by the 10th of the same month, your account will be fully terminated, and your phone number may no longer be available.
Prepaid Plan
Prepaid plans are valid for 30 days, and you must complete your extension payment before the term ends to continue service.
A reminder is usually sent 5 days before the end of your service term. If no extension is made, a second reminder is sent 1 day before the term ends.
If the plan is not extended on time, the account will be automatically cancelled, and your phone number may no longer be available after termination.
