[USA] How to Activate your PhoneBox US Plan Under eSIM
You can easily activate your PhoneBox service using an eSIM—no physical SIM card required.
On the day of activation, a QR code and your phone number will be sent to the email address you used when placing your order.
To ensure a smooth activation process, please make sure:
- You have access to a stable Wi-Fi network
- You are using an eSIM-compatible device how to check eSIM compatiblity
Activate Your eSIM with QR code
- iPhone
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM
- Scan the QR code on your email
- Tap Add Cellular Plan
- Follow the on-screen instructions

- Android / Samsung Galaxy
- Go to Settings > Networks > SIM manager > Add eSIM
- Scan the QR code on your email
- Tap Add mobile plan.
- Follow the on-screen instructions

- Google Pixel
- Go to Settings > Network & internet
- Tap “+” button next to Mobile network
- Tap Download a SIM.
- Scan the QR code on your email and follow the on-screen instructions
