You can purchase a PhoneBox USA Physical SIM and eSIM even if you are outside of the United States.

Purchase a Plan and Physical SIM Online 

You can activate your PhoneBox USA service online with either a physical SIM or an eSIM. If you choose a physical SIM card, we offer free international shipping during activation.

How to request your Physical SIM and eSIM on PhoneBox website 

1. Select Your Plan & SIM Type https://gophonebox.com/plans/?=us

• Choose your preferred plan.
• Select Physical SIM or eSIM.

2. Enter Your Personal Information

• Email address
• First & last name

3. (Physical SIM Only) Enter Your Shipping Address

Enter your address in the Find Address field.

• A system-verified address may appear automatically.
• If the auto-filled address is incorrect, you may manually update it, including apartment or unit numbers.
• Shipping Options
• • Regular Shipping – Free
  • • Within Canada: 5–7 business days
    • Outside Canada: 10+ business days (varies by country)
  • Express Shipping – $20
  • • Up to 5 business days (Tracking number included)

4. (Optional) Select Port-In Option 

If you want to keep your existing USA phone number, choose "Port-in" during activation.

5. Select Your Activation Date

• On the selected activation date, your new phone number will be emailed to you.
• If you select eSIM, it will be delivered to your email on the same day.

6. Complete Payment

• You will receive a welcome email once the activation process is complete.

Visit a PhoneBox Store

You’re welcome to visit a PhoneBox store during business hours, no appointment is required.

At the store, you can purchase a new plan with either a physical SIM or an eSIM, and our staff will assist you with SIM purchase and activation on-site.
