[USA] How to Set up or Update Auto payment method on Your Account

Set Up or Change Automatic Payment


You can register or update your credit card for auto payment on our self-serve website or mobile app.

Setting up auto-extension is strongly recommended to prevent service interruption or account termination when your plan expires.


[Note] You can register a credit card for auto payment. (A Debit card is not supported)


Step-by-Step Guide to Add Automatic Payment


If you don’t have an account, please create one first. You can easily sign up using your email address.

Go to the PhoneBox website

Download PhoneBox iOS App

Download PhoneBox Android App



  1. On the Profile page, click [Add Your Card]

If you want to update your auto payment set-up please delete your card information first by clicking [Remove card] button.



  1. Put your credit card information and click [Save]



  1. Your auto payment method is updated




Set-up Autopayment on [Home] page


  1. On the Home page, click [Extend]



  1. Check the payment detail and click [Confirm]



  1. Proceed with the payment to complete your extension and click the check-box [Save this card for automatic plan extensions]
