What Is a Port-Out?

Porting a number is the process of transferring your existing phone number from one service provider to another.

To port your number out to a new provider, you will need your account number and PIN.

After the port-out process,please make sure to remove your payment method from your account.

How to Find Your Account Number and PIN

If you haven't downloaded the PhoneBox app yet, install it here:

1. Select Profile
2. Your account number will be displayed next to your phone number
3. Click the “?” icon on the right side to view your 4-digit PIN

Go to the PhoneBox website

If you don’t have an account, please create one first. You can easily sign up using your email address.
