How to Sign up PhoneBox Self-serve



Available Feature on PhoneBox Self-serve

 

For All Plan Users
  • Add or remove auto-payment : You can manage your auto-payment method
  • Update account information : You can update your account details at any time, including name, address, email address and password. 


For 30-Day Plan Users
  • Extend your service
  • You can manually extend your service by adding another 30-day term to your current plan.
  • Change your plan
  • Plan changes take effect at the start of the next 30-day term.
  • Please make sure to submit your plan change before extending your service. 
  • Add data
  • You can add more high-speed data to your current 30-day term. (1GB high-speed data: $10 + tax)
  • Add unlimited international calling : You can add an unlimited international calling feature. List of 25 Eligible Countries for International Calling
