For All Plan Users


  • Add or remove auto-payment : You can manage your auto-payment method
  • Update account information : You can update your account details at any time, including name and password. 
  • Extend your service : You can manually extend your service by adding another service term to your current plan.
  • Change your plan :  You can switch to any PhoneBox 7-Day, 14-Day, or 30-Day plan. Please submit your plan change request before renewing your service.
  • Add data : You can add more high-speed data to your current 30-day term. (1GB high-speed data: $10 + tax)
