Once we receive your SIM shipping request, your SIM card will be shipped on the next business day.
Please note that our shipping department is closed on weekends and holidays.
Once you receive your SIM card, please activate through our PhoneBox self-serve.

Delivery Details
1) Within Canada: Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days, depending on your address.
- Regular shipping: Tracking is not available.
- Express shipping: A tracking number is always included, so you can monitor your delivery.
2) Outside Canada: Delivery typically takes 10+ business days, depending on your country.

If You Have Not Received Your SIM Card
We’re here to help if your SIM card hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe.
- In Canada: Please contact us if you haven’t received your SIM after 1 week.
- Outside Canada: Please reach out if it’s been 2 weeks and your SIM has not arrived.
Once we receive your message, we’ll verify your address and arrange a replacement SIM card right away.
Note
SIM delivery may be earlier or later than expected. If needed, you can move your activation date forward or back.
Please inform us in advance so our Customer Support team can update your activation date.
