[Website] Set up a vacation plan (Only Postpaid)

A vacation plan is a temporary suspending your account while you are on a long-term vacation. You can apply for a vacation plan on the Plan page. Customers are eligible to apply for a vacation plan for a maximum of 3 months, free of charge. After the 3-month-long temporary suspension, the account must be reactivated for at least 6 months before applying for another vacation plan.

This function is only valid for Postpaid.

Sign in to your account. Open the Plan page.

Select [ Set Up a Vacation Plan].

Select [ SET UP VACATION PLAN].

Choose a suspension month and reactivation month. After choosing the period, select [ CONFIRM ].
