If your phone was lost or stolen, you can suspend your service using your PhoneBox account. When you want to restart your service, please contact our customer care team.


Steps to suspend your service:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Open the Settings page


  1. Select "SIM Lost/Stolen Hold"


  1. Select "Suspend the Line"
