[Website] Suspend your service (Only Monthly Plan)
If your phone was lost or stolen, you can suspend your service by using your PhoneBox account. When you restart your service, please contact our customer care.
This function is only valid for Postpaid.
Sign in to your account. Open the Plan page.
Select [ Lost or Stolen Device ].
Select [ SUSPEND MY SERVICE ].
A confirmation screen will be displayed. Select [ Yes ].
