With this new Multi-lining account, you are able to have various benefits compared to creating an individual account.

PhoneBox provides a clear snapshot of active lines under your name and convenient payment options that you can complete in just a couple of minutes.

Better Control:

For users who currently manage different individual lines, they no longer need to log-in to each account or contact customer service to make payments. Users can also toggle between prepaid and postpaid accounts to have a clear view of the active services they have with PhoneBox.

Peace of mind:

Each plan user can log on to their very own Self-serve account without worrying about the others. This means that you will still have a personal account even if you have transferred billing responsibilities to a family member, coworker or friend.

PhoneBox has put in place a secure 2 factor authentication system to protect your account. In order to add your line to a multiline account you will first receive a text message with a code which then will be verified by our system to complete the transfer.
