What are the payment methods for monthly plans?
Requirements:
Monthly plan is a long term ideal plan
Payment under monthly plan can be done via online account or contacting to our customer support team
Auto-payment through Visa Debit card is not eligible.
There are various payment options that clients can choose for the monthly plan. For most cases like activations, data top-up or term extension, the payment method options are:
Credit card: including Visa Credit & Debit, Mastercard.
PayPal
AliPay
WeChat Pay
Clients will receive automatic response right away once the payment has been completed and an online receipt will be provided via registered email address. Make sure to set your registered email address correctly in order to receive your online payment receipt.
Case Example:
Belle received the SMS saying “your credit card payment of $28.25 was declined on Apr 19”, she then called us at toll free and an agent from Customer Support told her, “You can sign up an account on our online self-serve then you can make the payment by PayPal or your visa debit card. And also update your credit card information there.”
Please make sure to settle the payment before the 25th to avoid the interest fee and the suspension.
