What are the payment methods for prepaid plans?

Requirements:

• Prepaid plan is a short term plan for students or short term travelers who visit Canada
• Payment can be done online or contacting to our customer support team
• Auto-extension is not eligible to be set through Visa Debit card.

There are various payment options that clients can choose for the prepaid plan. For most cases like activations, data top-up or term extension, the payment method options are:

• Credit card (Visa Credit & Debit, Mastercard credit).
• PayPal
• AliPay
• WeChat Pay

Clients will receive an automatic response right away once the payment has been completed, and an online receipt will be provided via registered email address. Make sure to set your registered email address correctly in order to receive your online payment receipt.

Case Example:

Ashley’s prepaid term was going to end on Apr 14th. She used her visa debit card to make the extension but it didn’t work. She contacted our Customer Support and an agent told her, “The payment online can be done by visa debit card but if you would like to set it up as an auto-payment, that won’t work.”
