What are the services and options available on Self-Serve?


At Phonebox we encourage our clients to create a self-serve account, where you can take advantage of several benefits and services offered through our website/app.


List of options and services available:


  • Extend your services: you can choose to manually extend your services by adding another 30-day term!
  • Plan change: Plan changes will be effective from the start of the next 30-day term. Be sure to process your plan change before extending services!
  • Add Data: Add more high-speed data to the current 30-day term. Top Up 1GB of high-speed data for $10+tax.
  • Add Unlimited Calling minutes: Add unlimited international calling feature for $10+tax. We offer international calling to 25 countries. For a list of countries included, please go to our Support > Select "USA" flag > Services > International calling.
  • Add/Remove auto-payment info: Apply for a Credit/Debit Card as an auto-payment method, which allows our system to automatically extend your services. This can be modified or removed at any time.
  • Update account information: Modify the account information anytime (name, address, email).
  • Change password: Update the login password anytime. Forgot your password? No problem, we provide the option to reset your password from the login page. Simply click "Forgot your username or password" and follow the reset options as follows.
