What are the services and options available on the online account?
At PhoneBox, we encourage our customers to create a self-serve account where you can take advantage of numerous benefits and services offered through our website and app.
Available Services and Options:
For Prepaid Plans:
- Extend your prepaid plan: Manually extend your services by adding another 30-day term
- Plan change: Plan changes will be effective from the start of the next 30-day new term
- Add data: Add more data to your current prepaid term. Top-up of 1GB is available for $10 + tax
- Add/Remove auto-payment: Set up a credit/debit card as an auto-payment method, which allows our system to automatically extend your prepaid services. This can be modified or removed at any time
For Monthly Plans:
- Plan change: Plan changes will be effective from the start of the next billing cycle
- Add/Remove auto-payment: Set up a credit/debit card and bank account payment as an auto-payment method for automatic monthly bill payments. This can be modified or removed at any time
For All Plans:
- Update account information: Modify your account information at any time (name, address, email)
- Change password: Update your login password at any time. Forgot your password? No problem - we provide the option to reset your password from the login page. Simply click "Forgot your username or password" and follow the reset instructions
