What are the services and options available on the online account?
At PhoneBox we encourage our clients to create a self-serve account, where you can take advantage of a number of benefits and services offered through our website/app.
List of options and services available:
- Extend your prepaid plan: you can choose to manually extend your services by adding another 30 day term!
- Plan change: Plan changes will be effective from the start of the next 30 term.
- Add Data: Add more data to the current prepaid term. Top Up 1GB is available for $15 + tax.
- Add/Remove auto-payment info: Apply a Credit/Debit Card as an auto-payment method, which allows our system to automatically extend your prepaid services or pay your monthly bill. This can be modified or removed anytime.
- Update account information: Modify the account information anytime (name, address, email).
- Change password: Update the login password anytime. Forgot your password? No problem, we provide the option to reset your password from the login page. Simply click "Forgot your username or password" and follow the reset options as follows.
