  1. Interest Fee


The reason that was being applied to your invoice with interest fee, because there was an payment being processed or clear your balance from the last month invoice.


For example: Jhonny has Monthly Plan, PhoneBox sent out an invoice with $50+tax during the month of 15th May, 2024. But Jhonny does not clear the balance before 25th of May.
Then Jhonny will receive a coming invoice on 15th of June with a interest fee for 5%. That is why Jhonny is receiving a coming invoice with 5% of interest fee.


  1. Plan Adjustment Fee


The reason that was being applied to your invoice with debit amount or credit as a minus amount, because there was new plan applied to your account last moth. Then the new plan prices must be different that your previous old plan fee.


For example: Jhonny has Monthly Plan, then the Monthly plan cost for $50+tax.
During May of the billing cycle Jhonny has process a plan change from the account with $35+tax and the new plan will $35+tax will be effective on June 2nd.
Then the coming invoice on June 15th will receive a credit as appears -$15+tax and including the invoice $35+tax amount.
( So, the current credit -$15+tax will be deduct directly with the new invoice $35+tax. The total of the payment amount will be $20+tax for June invoice)
