What happens if I reach the data limit?
Once your data limit has been reached, you will still have access to data usage for the full 30-day term, but at a reduced speed (256kbps).
At the start of the new 30-day term, full data of high-speed will be available!
If you require additional high-speed data access, you have the option to add data to the current term by topping up ($10 / 1GB). You can also upgrade your plan before extending the service, allowing more high-speed data for the next 30-day term.
Case example:
Mr. John has selected the $25/3GB plan, so he will have access to 3GB of high-speed data within his 30-day term. Once the 3GB limit is reached, data continues at a reduced speed of 256kbps. He can purchase additional high-speed data at $10 + tax per GB
